Switchboards
We are able to manufacture bespoke switchboards for the control and management of electrical power within handling systems, including conveyors. Our panels are equipped with on/off motor protectors, inverters for speed regulation and electronic systems with PLC.
Motors
We offer various types of asynchronous motors for conveyor belts, with power ratings from 0.12 kW to 2.2 kW and operating voltages of 230 volts or 400 volts, single-phase or three-phase.
Gearboxes
We supply various types of gearboxes for conveyor belts, including worm, gear or planetary gearboxes from size 40 upwards.
Rollers
We manufacture rollers of various sizes, from 50mm to 250mm in diameter and from 50mm to 3000mm in length, in iron or stainless steel. We also offer the service of smooth or rhomboid lagging to increase the tractive force of the rollers.
Complete bearing heads
We supply bearings of various types and sizes, with plastic, cast iron and stainless steel housings.
Wheels and anti-vibration feet
We supply plastic, galvanised steel and stainless steel swivel castors from 50mm to 200mm in diameter, complete with parking brake, and plastic, galvanised iron and stainless steel anti-vibration feet in various sizes and heights.
Threaded inserts
To facilitate the attachment of various components to conveyor belts, we supply various types of threaded inserts for insertion into the side slots of the profiles. The types of inserts available are spring or trapezoidal with M4 – M6 – M8 threads.
Replacement Plies
We manufacture and supply all types of conveyor belt plies. We offer a replacement and welding service at the end user’s premises using special hot running equipment. The types we manufacture are PVC, POLYURETHANE, RUBBER, TEFLON AND SILICONE belts, complete with belts from 8 mm. to 100 mm. , under canvas guides, lateral sideflexes h. 20/30/50 mm. , side belts.
Aluminium profiles
We have standard 30 x 30 profiles in stock, complete with accessories for the construction of self-supporting structures, perimeter protection and work equipment.
